The CJHS Bluekatts hosted Bangs Monday evening and were able to take 3 of the 4 games from the Lady Dragons. The Katts will play in Cisco next Monday with games in two gyms, played at 5:30 and 6:30.  Scores from the Monday, November 11 game against Bangs are below:

The Coleman Bluecats ended their 2019 Season with a win over the Merkel Badgers, Coleman 31 - Merkel 14.  It was Senior Night for Senior players, band members and cheerleaders.  There will be more PHOTO ALBUMS from the night posted separately.  (Coleman Today Photos) 

Good luck to the Jr High and High School Robotics teams competing in San Angelo Monday. The Jr High girls begin basketball season, and the CHS Student Council will be asking for donations from citizens Monday night for the West Texas Rehab Donation Drive.

The CJHS Volleyball teams hosted Hawley on Monday, October 21, 2019.  Only the 7th Blue team was able to pull out a match victory, but the Bluekatts volleyball program is growing and improving every week. Keep up the good work! See the article on the Sports page for all the scores.

The Coleman Bluecats play another important district football game tonight in Anson against the Tigers.  Coleman is 2-1 in District 4-3A while Anson is 3-0 to share the district lead with Cisco.  Anson beat Merkel last week, 55-6.

Coach Stephanie Bledsoe reported on tonight's victory for the Bluekatts against Colorado City:  "The girls came together as a team and pulled off our first district win! I am so proud of them. Hopefully the momentum carries over into Saturday when we play Jim Ned."

NOTE the Jr High girls will play on Monday at Clyde, but school has a holiday. Juniors will order Senior Rings. Wednesday is HAT DAY on ALL campuses -$1.00. Saturday is the Big CHS Reunion and the BIG BLUE BAND goes to marching contest. Have a great week!

Coleman and Cisco both bring 2-0 district records into tonight's District 4-3A Division II game at Hufford Field in Coleman. Most recently Coleman beat TLCA 49-12 while Cisco beat Merkel 53-8. On the season, Coleman is 3-2 while Cisco is 4-1. Kickoff time is 7:30 pm at Hufford Field.

Varsity volleyball lost to Coahoma in three sets in a hard-fought district match last night.  The Bluekatts will play their next match in Coleman on Tuesday, October 15th against Colorado City.  Good luck Katts!

The Coleman Junior High cross country teams competed at the District meet on Monday, October 7, 2019.  The 7th and 8th girls' teams won 2nd place. The athletes listed below placed in the top 10 of their division and also received medals.
