The Coleman County Jr. Livestock Show Premium Sale will be held Monday, January 18, 2021 beginning at 6:00p.m.  The sale will be held in the Bill Franklin Center.  Due to COVID-19 concerns, the CCJLA Directors are providing a virtual option for buyers to participate in the sale but wish not to be present.  Below is the invitation for the Zoom broadcast of the sale.  Buyers desiring to participate in the virtual broadcast will need to register in advance through the link below.  The registration deadline will be Friday, January 15, 2021 at 12:00 noon.

Once an individual registers, Zoom will automatically send a unique link to join the sale on Monday night.  This link will be unique to the individual buyer and their computer.  The virtual bidding process will allow buyers to view the “live sale” and bid on exhibitors through the chat box.  The CCJLA Directors realize this is a new venture and the sale will likely progress a little slower than normal, but they ask that individuals please be patient with the process.

People can share the registration link with friends, neighbors, and businesses that wish to be a buyer at the sale; but please register no later than Friday, January 15th by 12:00 noon.

As always, people can drop off money to any CCJLA Director that will be put towards purchasing projects at the sale.  If you have any questions, please contact CCJLA Chairman Tommy Saunders at (325) 625-4835 or Ann Guess (806) 269-3087.

If you need technical assistance with the Zoom registration, please contact Michael Palmer, County Extension Agent-Agriculture, at (325) 625-4519.
