PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coleman, Texas will conduct a Public Hearing in a called meeting on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 West Liveoak, Coleman, Texas.

The Commission will take public comments on the request for zoning amendments for the following property(ies):

  1. Request for Conditional Use Permit for a Mini Warehouse I Self Storage facility in a Manufacturing/Industrial District - Light Zone for the property located at 118 Santa Anna A venue.
  2. Request for Conditional Use Permit for an Arcade / Game Room in a Commercial District-Office, Light Retail, and neighborhood Services (C-1) Zone for the property located at 616 N. Neches Street, known as Elkins Cut Rate Beer & Wine.
  3. Request for Conditional Use Permit for an Arcade/ Game Room in a Commercial District - General (C-2) Zone for the property located at 1400 Highway 84 Bypass, known as Whiskey Chasin', Inc.  (Cont. reading...)

BUILDING STANDARDS BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Building Standards Board of the City of Coleman, Texas will conduct a Public Hearing in a called meeting on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 West Liveoak, Coleman, Texas, to consider and/or take action upon the following list of properties:  

  • 217 W. 3rd
  • 1016 Colbert
  • 1615 S. Nueces
  • 1015 W. Mesquite
  • 701 w. 8th
