The Coleman 4-H Food and Nutrition group held their weekly meeting at the Bill Franklin Center Wednesday afternoon. Members learned about My Plate, making recipes healthier and nutrients in the dish they prepared. 4-H'ers prepared Chicken Parmesan for the Elder Care program that will be presented by the Texas Agriculture Extension Service Agent Janet Nelson Saturday, September 21st.
