CCMC is currently administering the COVID-19 vaccine to those in the Phase 1A of the rollout, which is frontline health care workers, EMS, law enforcement, first responders and staff and residents of nursing homes.
The next phase of distribution is Phase 1B, which allows people 65 and older or people 18 and older with at least one critical illness that puts them at risk for the virus, such as cancer, chronic kidney disease, COPD, organ transplants, etc. The full list of of Phase 1B can be found on the ATTACHED PDF.
If you fall under the higher risk category listed above, you will need to fill out the packet needed to get on the list for vaccination at CCMC. The paperwork will be at the front desk just inside the hospital front entrance. Once the paperwork is completed and turned in, you will be put on the list and will be notified when the vaccine become available in the coming weeks.
